The Lewiston Choraleers are seeking applicants for the position of Music Conductor. The duties and responsibilities include the following: 

• Direct choral rehearsals and musical performances.
• Accompany rehearsals on the piano.
• Collaborate with the Advisory Board Music Committee to select appropriate music to perform based on venues and occasions.
• Conduct auditions, with the Advisory Board Music Committee, to identify and select suitable new choral members.

The requirements, skills, and qualifications for the position include the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in music, music education, or related field.
• Proven experience working as a choral director
• Good piano accompanist skills
• Effective communication skills.

A stipend is provided.
